Jaký je rozsah průtoků?

V závislosti na peristaltické pumpě, kterou si vyberete, nabízejí naše pumpy rozsah průtoků od 0,2 µl/min do 60 000 ml/hod.


 Je průtok reverzibilní?

Ano. Požadovaného průtoku lze dosáhnout buď po směru hodinových ručiček, nebo proti směru hodinových ručiček.


 Můžete mi prosím poskytnout informace o přesnosti dávkování peristaltické pumpy Lambda?

Přesnost čerpadel je přibližně ± 1% a reprodukovatelnost je ± 0,2% (elektronika). Krokový motor nebo BLDC motor, poháněný elektronikou řízenou křemenem, zajišťuje vysokou přesnost průtoku.


 Jak mohu nekalibrovat průtok v peristaltických pumpách?

Kalibraci průtoku pumpou s danou rychlostí otáčení lze provést zjištěním množství čerpané kapaliny. To lze provést dvěma způsoby: objemovou kalibrací průtoku peristaltickou pumpou nebo kalibrací průtoku pumpou podle hmotnosti.  Nabízíte vícekanálové pumpy?

Nevyrábíme vícekanálové peristaltické pumpy. Protože u vícekanálových pump není možné dosáhnout přesných a reprodukovatelných průtoků pouze s jedním motorem pumpy. Pro dosažení vysoké přesnosti průtoku se nedoporučuje používat vícekanálové peristaltické pumpy.

Pokud dojde k zablokování jednoho kanálu, celý projekt je znehodnocen. Doporučujeme mít raději jednotlivé pumpy.


 Proč je vhodnější raději používat jednotlivé LAMBDA peristaltické pumpy než vícekanálové pumpy?

Mají více výhod oproti vícekanálovým pumpám. Nejdůležitější věcí, kterou je třeba vzít v úvahu, je přesný, reprodukovatelný a stabilní průtok.

Pokud dojde k zablokování jednoho kanálu, celý projekt může být znehodnocen. Potřebné místo pro ekvivalentní počet jednotlivých LAMBDA peristaltických pump je stejné jako pro vícekanálovou peristaltickou pumpu díky kompaktní struktuře peristaltické pumpy LAMBDA.
